The Company's Faxpress and Faxpress Premier fax servers provide simple ways to integrate fax with e-mail, desktop and back-end applications. Castelle distributes its products primarily through a two-tier international distribution network, with distributors selling its products to value-added resellers, system integrators, e-commerce retailers and other resellers in the United States, Europe and the Pacific Rim. The Company also has relationships with selected original equipment manufacturers and sells software enhancements and upgrades directly to end users.
