India’s Deputy Consul General in Dubai, Muraleedharan K., and the officials of Dubai Maritime City Authority (DMCA) recently discussed in detail about the cooperation and opportunities available in the maritime sector in the UAE.
 
Sources said that India and Dubai agreed to establish and maintain an effective channel of communication for better and faster coordination.
 
Muraleedharan said that "My visit to DMCA resulted in meaningful and productive discussions between me and its representatives. We are able to establish a more dynamic relationship following our meeting.”
 
Speaking about his meeting with Muraleedharan, the Executive Director of Operations, DMCA, Ali Al Daboos, said, "DMCA would like to assure him that it remains fully committed to providing assistance to all Indian ships operating in the Emirate."
