We take great pleasure in introducing our specialty nail manufacturing company, "Astrotech Steels Pvt Ltd" (ATS), based in India.
We currently operate out of a state of the art manufacturing facility, spread over sprawling 200,000 square feet area near the city of "Chennai".
"Astrotech Steels Pvt Ltd" is promoted and managed by professionals with over 3 decades of expertise in manufacturing specialty fasteners.
We manufacture a complete range of collated nails classified like Plastic Strip, Paper Strip (D head/Round head/Full Round offset head, Joist Hanger), Wire Coil and Bulk hand driven nails that largely cater to the timber frame construction & pallet manufacturing sectors. We have also manufacture Auto Feed collated screws that are used in Drywall, Cement Board, Wood and Metal applications.
Our manufacturing process is evaluated and accredited by International Code Council (ICC), based in the USA. Our ICC report number is ESR 3507. We take pride in stating that our production facility conforms to ISO 9001: 2008 and the products conforms to ASTM standard requirements. We have a well-equipped in house Quality inspection laboratory wherein we are able to conduct all relevant tests of the products that we manufacture. We are also a member in the “Specialty Tools & Fasteners Distributors Association” (STAFDA).
We currently distribute our products in USA, Europe, Canada and Korea. Our plant is in close proximity to the major sea ports of India and is therefore well connected to all parts of the globe which ensures timely delivery.
Based on our client’s requirements, we manufacture products that can meet ASTM, DIN, EN, SAE, JIS, BS standards.
Our key strengths are Private Labelling, DIY Packaging & Shipping mixed SKU’s within a given purchase order, and this provides broad product flexibility and reduction in inventory costs for our clients.
We have a strong global presence and proud to be associated with international brands like HITACHI, BOISE, INTERCHANGE, WHITECAP, PASLODE and GRABBER to name a few.
